Role Overview
- Lead strategic procurement processes for projects;
- Perform comparative analyses (technical and commercial), including pricing, taxes, and logistics;
- Negotiate with suppliers, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, and competitive costs;
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and reduce costs;
- Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers;
- Support the development and growth of the team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields);
- Experience in project-driven procurement;
- Proficiency with procurement analysis and management tools;
- Experience with CAPEX, preferably in the mining industry;
- Proven experience negotiating in complex, multicultural environments;
- Strong stakeholder management skills (internal and external);
- English and Spanish desirable.
