Nurse Auditor – Regulation

Role Overview

• Technical and scientific analysis
• Preparation of expert opinions
• Audit of hospital accounts
• Preparation of reports and presentations
• Conducting studies, among other tasks
• Bedside visits and monitoring of hospitalized beneficiaries

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with active registration with the Regional Nursing Council (COREN)
• Postgraduate qualification in Health Services Auditing or related fields
• Knowledge of technical regulation in health auditing
• Knowledge of legislation and standards related to supplementary health (private health insurance)
• Knowledge of Orthoses, Prostheses and Special Materials (OPME)
• Knowledge of technical audit rules and regulatory mechanisms
• Knowledge of the Unified Terminology Table for Supplementary Health (TUSS)
• Business writing skills
• Intermediate proficiency with office application suites (emphasis on word processing and spreadsheets)
• Knowledge of Hospital Admission Management and Microsoft Office suite
