Collects, validates, and analyzes sales and revenue data to support organizational decision-making
Maintains and enhances sales reporting, dashboards, and datasets
Partners with Sales Operations and Sales leadership to support territory planning, quota modeling, capacity planning, and resource alignment
Monitors and reports on key sales performance indicators
Conducts root cause analyses on sales performance gaps
Supports the development, testing, and optimization of sales tools
Provides analytical and operational support to Sales and cross-functional partners
Independently leads analytical projects
Requirements
1-3 years of progressively complex experience in Sales Operations, Analytics, Finance, or a related business function
Demonstrates working knowledge of sales processes, CRM systems, and reporting fundamentals
Strong skills and knowledge, including outstanding relationship management, excellent listening, communication, and problem-solving abilities, and exceptional organizational skills
Proficiency with MS Office and other related platforms
A bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
