Design and implement a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) process
Establish strong Master Data and BOM governance
Ensure accurate, reliable, and standardized spare parts data across systems (SAP and related tools)
Drive change across functions and embed sustainable processes
Define and implement phase-in and phase-out processes
Ensure spare parts are defined upfront for new product launches
Manage obsolescence and replacement strategies (supersession logic)
Clean and harmonize a large SKU database (100k+ references)
Align processes with SAP (Material Master, BOM, pricing)
Lead cross-functional alignment (Sales, Supply Chain, Digital, Quality)
Requirements
7–12+ years of experience in: Master Data / ERP governance
Supply Chain / Aftermarket operations
Strong expertise in SAP (Material Master, BOM, pricing structures)
Experience in industrial or spare parts environments is a strong plus
Proven ability to: Design and implement processes
Drive change in complex organizations
Work cross-functionally
Fluent in English
