Design and build learning experiences that help users understand our software quickly
Build and maintain a library of eLearning assets, interactive modules, video walkthroughs, onboarding guides, and self-service resources focused on product knowledge
Partner with subject matter experts to identify learning needs
Improve content quality and consistency over time
Shape the learning strategy with recommendations on delivery formats, sequencing, and content frameworks
Contribute to team tooling and organization inside our LMS
Requirements
3 or more years of experience creating learning material for SaaS or other technical software environments
Strong grasp of instructional design principles and adult learning approaches
Hands-on experience with eLearning development tools (for example: Articulate, Rise, Camtasia, or comparable tools)
Ability to simplify complexity
Comfortable managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders without sacrificing quality
Curiosity about how people learn and motivation to keep improving the experience
Familiarity working with a claims platform or other operations-heavy enterprise software (nice to have, but not required)
