Design and evaluate system architectures involving related technologies
Lead and be the technical reference for the squad, contributing to code when necessary to ensure development flow and remove technical impediments

Strong experience with backend development in C# / .NET
REST APIs and distributed integrations
Mobile applications, preferably React Native
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, cloud-native application architecture, data services, integration, and security
Relational and/or NoSQL data modeling
Decoupled, scalable architectures
Authentication, authorization, and SSO
Experience working in environments with multiple squads, serving as a technical reference
Experience with event-based messaging, especially Apache Kafka or compatible platforms
Design of event-driven architectures, ensuring idempotency, ordering, and resilience
Experience integrating with SAP systems, including integrations via APIs, IDocs, RFCs, or middleware
