About this role
Role Overview
Own the marketing strategy, execution and results for the STARLIMS portfolio of companies
Build strategy, deploy budget, and iterate relentlessly to drive qualified lead volume
Own paid marketing, organic marketing, SEO, events, and lifecycle marketing
Implement repeatable, scalable playbooks that drive predictable new and expansion pipeline
Own the development, optimization and reporting across various demand generation funnels
Champion marketing operations excellence by partnering closely with the marketing operations
Set and manage our marketing budget, ensuring we drive strong ROAS on our highest performing campaigns
Requirements
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 3 years leading performance marketing or demand gen teams
Deep expertise across performance marketing, CRO, SEO, content, events, CRO and lifecycle marketing
Strong interpersonal skills, including experience interacting across GTM and executive teams
Proficiency with CRM tools, including but not limited to Salesforce and Hubspot
Proficiency using AI tools to build, capture, and scale demand
4-year Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
