About this role

Lead the creation and enhancement of development frameworks across compliance
Develop and maintain critical services supporting deployments
Create policies and standards for development contributions
Lead knowledge transfer with development teams
Review solution designs to ensure compliance with standards
Champion CI/CD pipeline creation for common artifacts
Contribute to the development of project plans and manage projects and initiatives
Provide expert consultation as a technical subject matter expert on complex projects
Build consensus and facilitate collaboration with stakeholders

Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
7+ years related experience required
Strong hands-on experience in back-end development technologies and frameworks
Experience with Java RESTful services (Spring boot)
Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases
Familiarity with message queue technologies (Kafka)
Experience in event-based architecture
Knowledge of Big Data technology (Databricks, ADLS)
Strong experience with object-oriented programming mainly in Java
Hands-on experience with integration projects involving multiple systems and platforms
In-depth knowledge of data strategy, governance, and integration
Ability to analyze complex trading, order, and market data
