Licensed Therapist, LCSWA

Role Overview

• Provide counseling services to adult clients
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and progress documentation
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records
• Build therapeutic rapport and provide ethical, client-centered care
• Maintain a reliable weekly schedule and appointment availability
• Collaborate with administrative staff regarding scheduling and referrals
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and North Carolina licensure standards
• Participate in supervision, consultation, or team meetings as needed

Requirements

• Active LCSWA license in North Carolina
• Master’s degree in Social Work or related field
• Strong written documentation skills
• Professional communication skills
• Reliable time management and scheduling habits
• Ability to work independently and professionally
• Experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or family stressors (preferred)
• Familiarity with EHR systems (preferred)
• Motivated to grow clinically and professionally (preferred)
• Strong client engagement and retention skills (preferred)
