Lead end-to-end design processes, from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity prototypes and developer-ready assets.
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to solve complex, data-driven challenges.
Translate user research, business requirements, and technical constraints into intuitive and accessible interfaces.
Design and iterate on AI-powered product experiences, applying human-centered design principles.
Ensure high standards of visual design, interaction design, and usability across all deliverables.
Contribute to and evolve design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability.
Participate in client-facing sessions, presenting design solutions and incorporating feedback.
Advocate for user experience best practices throughout the product lifecycle.

5–8 years of experience in product design for web and/or mobile applications.
Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and experience working with design systems.
Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking methodologies, UI patterns, and accessibility standards.
Experience working with data-driven products, analytics dashboards, or AI/ML-based solutions is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions clearly.
Experience working in agile environments and cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a problem-solving mindset.
Consulting or agency experience is a plus.
Advanced English level is required (written and spoken).
