Lead structured sourcing and competitive processes, ensuring governance, transparency, traceability and effective communication with suppliers;
Assess the financial, technical and risk impacts of alternatives, building and using TCO as the basis for decision-making;
Negotiate, formalize and monitor agreements, including commercial terms, scopes, SLAs, approvals and mitigation of legal risks;
Monitor and report on completed negotiations to management, preparing savings reports, contract performance analyses and relevant KPIs;
Manage costs, TCO and economic performance with continuous monitoring, variance analysis and delivery of executive dashboards;
Administer and govern contracts, ensuring data integrity, system compliance and operational control;
Provide technical support to audit and compliance functions, ensuring adherence to internal policies, standards and regulatory requirements;
Participate in strategic projects and new-solution initiatives, supporting innovation, development and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
Advanced English;
Proven experience negotiating with large-scale suppliers;
Proficiency in cost analyses based on the Strategic Sourcing methodology;
Experience reviewing and implementing purchasing/procurement process flows;
Advanced Excel skills;
Experience using ERPs such as Totvs, Oracle or SAP.
