Work closely with the Project Manager and other team members to gather insights into project requirements, deadlines, and deliverables.
Coordinate with designers, animators, and other creatives to integrate visual elements seamlessly into video projects.
Maintain an organized workflow by properly managing video assets, project files, and archives.
Stay informed about trends in gaming, esports, and youth culture to help ensure content remains relevant and relatable with brand guidelines.
Organize and maintain editorial calendars and version control of materials.
Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and audience engagement.

Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
2+ years of experience in video editing, preferably in the esports, gaming, or digital content industries.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro.
Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
Knowledge of motion graphics, sound design, and color correction is a plus.
Familiarity with esports culture and trends is highly advantageous.
Experience with editorial planning tools and content management systems is a plus.
