Identify and secure strategic ecosystem partners across Europe, with a focus on Fleet, Fuel and Mobility.
Develop ecosystem entry strategies for new sub-verticals and use cases.
Position Enfuce as the default issuing partner within partner propositions.
Working alongside Mastercard and Visa to respond to demand and bring solutions to market.
Create and execute partner acquisition strategies that unlock new distribution channels.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing to shape joint GTM approaches.
Build a pipeline of ecosystem-led opportunities, not just signed partnerships.
Bring market insight to help refine Enfuce’s vertical and partner strategy.
Requirements
Experience building partnerships in payments, embedded finance, or platform ecosystems.
Experience working with or selling into industries where payments are operationally embedded in workflows (e.g. fleet, mobility, fuel, logistics, or similar).
A relevant network.
Strong ability to build relationships and credibility with senior stakeholders.
Commercial mindset focused on long-term ecosystem value.
Experience structuring partnerships involving co-sell, distribution, or embedded solutions.
A proactive, builder mentality.
Be comfortable creating opportunities from scratch.
Fluency in English required; additional European languages are a plus, bias for Italian, Spanish, French.
