Solid experience in software development using .NET , C# , MongoDB and AWS
3-5 years in a tech lead role
Proven ability to guide, mentor, and elevate engineering teams.
Confidence in technical and architectural discussions
A user‑centric mindset with a focus on real customer impact.
Experience working with agile ways of working in a modern engineering environment.
A strong grasp of engineering fundamentals and best practices.
Experience and curiosity in how to work with AI
Experience from working with Buy Now Pay Later products
