Perform data stewardship/maintenance of customers data by reviewing data change management tickets and approving or rejecting changes made to data.
Research additional contact information where needed via LinkedIn and Web
As data is added to the system, it may be necessary to manipulate the data using tools like Excel in addition to using the internal tools built into InterAction to edit and clean the data.
The Data quality agent needs to pay close attention to details.
Many times, when duplicate contacts are merged, there may be some cleanup tasks to eliminate “duplicate” addresses or phone numbers on the remaining contact.
Sometimes phone or address “types” need to be changed to ensure a clean duplicate merge.
The Data quality agent will need to know how to perform research, both internally and using external resources, such as the Internet.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree holder
