About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
Develop and execute a territory business plan based on customer insight and local needs.
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
Record activity, outcomes and insights accurately using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, territory management or similar experience.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages used in the Orai area.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.
