About this role
Role Overview
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners.
Create and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local priorities.
Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
Record activity, outcomes and customer insights accurately using company systems.
Work with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access.
Continuously learn about clinical evidence, local market trends and practical ways to improve performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution.
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales, medical business or territory management experience.
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and relevant local languages used in Maharajganj.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Right to work in India.
