Analyse product datasets to identify trends, anomalies and opportunities for improvement.
Perform testing and validation of new fields, logic changes and product releases.
Investigate data quality issues and support root cause analysis with Engineering and ML teams.
Write SQL and Python queries/scripts to interrogate data and automate checks.
Support internal stakeholders and clients with product queries, incidents and data requests.
Maintain clear documentation for datasets, logic, processes and known issues.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Operations teams to prioritise enhancements.
Adhere to Company Policies and Procedures with respect to Security, Quality and Health & Safety.

Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large datasets.
Experience with Python or a similar scripting language.
Excellent attention to detail and a testing / quality mindset.
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem solving.
Clear communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond calmly to issues.
Self-motivated with a collaborative approach.
Familiarity with AWS data tooling such as S3, Athena, Spark or notebooks. (Preferred)
Experience supporting data products or client-facing datasets. (Preferred)
Understanding of release testing, UAT or production support processes. (Preferred)
Exposure to Jira / Agile delivery environments. (Preferred)
