Role Overview

• Contribute to the development of the "Aluminum Machining" strategy

Requirements

• Completed degree in engineering or equivalent technical qualification
• Substantial professional experience with metalworking tooling in the automotive industry
• Strategic thinker with the ability to identify long-term developments
• Excellent training and presentation skills
• Ability to develop and maintain professional networks
• Effective communication in diverse international environments
• Extensive hands-on experience with PCD, solid carbide, and indexable inserts within automotive machining
• Willingness and motivation to travel domestically and internationally
