Support the technical development of templates and other content components across all CRM channels
Build and maintain reusable CRM templates within Braze across Email, In-App, Push, and other channels
Translate creative designs into responsive CRM templates, ensuring visual accuracy, layout integrity, and brand consistency across devices and email clients
Support implementation of personalization logic using Liquid and dynamic content rules
Assist in building and maintaining Movable Ink modules, including dynamic and interactive elements such as countdowns, carousels, and personalised content blocks
Conduct QA to ensure correct rendering, link accuracy, tracking, and adherence to platform best practices
Maintain template libraries, documentation, and naming conventions
Collaborate with CRM, Creative, and Data teams to translate campaign requirements into scalable technical assets
Continuously develop technical knowledge across CRM platforms and personalisation tools
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital campaign execution/production
Experience using Braze or similar ESP/CMS platforms
Foundational HTML and CSS knowledge (email-focused experience preferred)
Understanding of digital design principles and experience working with design tools such as Figma or Adobe Creative Suite to accurately translate designs into development
Basic familiarity with Liquid or other personalisation scripting
Exposure to personalization email tools such as Movable Ink is a plus
Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately translate designs into pixel-perfect CRM templates
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and grow within CRM development
Experience in online gaming or sportsbook is a plus
