Design and development of AI-powered features, agents, and integrations on our AI product layer, built on top of FILAKS.PLUS via the API bridge.
Build the next generation of agents (service, sales, back office) from concept to production for real dealership customers.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to translate business problems into clean technical solutions.
End-to-end ownership: scoping, building, delivering, measuring, iterating.
Active use of modern AI-assisted coding workflows (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) to ship quickly and with high quality in a small team.

Strong software engineering fundamentals. You write clean, production-ready code and can pick up any language or stack.
Hands-on experience deploying AI in production. You have shipped real features using LLMs, agents, or AI tooling — not just prototypes.
Strong problem-framing skills. You understand the business need before you touch the keyboard.
Excellent communicator. You can translate technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders and earn their trust.
Self-starter who moves fast and leaves codebases in a better state than you found them.
Fluent in German and English (C1 or better in both) to work with customers in the DACH region and colleagues across the international Valsoft group.
