Support and maintain technology systems to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution owners and solution architects, to configure and optimize platform settings to meet business needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and robust system architecture to improve services on an ongoing basis.
Build and deploy technology solutions translated from user stories and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, including systems failures, connectivity problems, and performance bottlenecks.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization activities to maximize system efficiency and response times.
Implement and enforce security best practices to protect our systems, data, and infrastructure against unauthorized access, cyber threats, and vulnerabilities.
Requirements
Experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Functional Consultant in a corporate finance environment.
Experience with configuration and implementation of Oracle EBS (Order Management and Receivables) and/or Oracle Cloud Financials (RMCS).
Strong functional understanding of core financial accounting principles and Order to Cash process.
Experience creating, updating and escalating Oracle Service Requests.
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage and interact with stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
