Support the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks for paid media campaigns
Help define and track KPIs aligned to campaign objectives
Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities
Contribute to cross-channel performance analysis
Support website measurement through tagging, tracking, and data quality checks
Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and content engagement to surface insights
Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports
Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources
Contribute data-driven input to campaign planning and test-and-learn initiatives
Stay current on industry trends

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematic, Data Science, or related major preferred
2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, paid media measurement, or marketing analytics
Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
Exposure to media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, etc.)
Working knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
Basic SQL or data manipulation experience a plus
