About this role
Role Overview
- Support Project Managers and division leadership with planning, controlling, and implementing project activities.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports and portfolio summaries.
- Provide technical support to project teams in the use of MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.
- Coordinate scheduling and prepare documentation for meetings, including agendas and follow-ups.
- Monitor project timelines, ensure adherence to deadlines, and support escalation of delays.
- Assist Project Managers with monthly billing activities, tracking hours logged by project team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., CAPM, PMP, Prince2 Foundation) is an advantage.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in a project coordination or support role, preferably in the energy or IT sector.
- Familiarity with project lifecycle processes and reporting frameworks.
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-functional environment is a plus.
