Achieving sales goals for Baxter’s product portfolio in the Territory
Implementing sales strategies and executing business plan to achieve sales volume, product mix, and profit objectives
Calling on alternate site customers, delivering effective sales presentations and education
Working in close harmony with Virtual Sales, Infusion Systems, Pharmacy and Nutrition Specialist
Protecting, servicing, and growing current base of business
Managing and maximizing Baxter GPO contracts
Serving as a resource for market information

Bachelor’s Degree preferred; HS Diploma or GED required
Three years minimum sales experience
Experience with medical sales working with distributors preferred
Ability to analyze and interpret data for effective sales strategies
Ability to travel to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel
