Lead the end-to-end startup sourcing process, identifying high-potential companies aligned with investment priorities.
Plan and organize pitch days, including outreach, coordination, and evaluation of participating startups.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with incubators, accelerators, angel networks, and other ecosystem stakeholders to strengthen the deal pipeline.
Manage and nurture investor relationships with VCs and angel investors, ensuring timely communication and alignment.
Oversee startup engagement processes, including maintaining trackers, monitoring progress, and supporting founders as needed.
Conduct research assignments across sectors and investment themes.
Demonstrate a strong ability to work with numbers, financial data, and large datasets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Contribute to cross-functional tasks and organizational priorities as required.
Requirements
Prior experience in Climate Tech or Sustainability will be highly preferred.
Solid understanding of startup lifecycle stages, diligence processes, and investment evaluation.
Advanced Excel proficiency is required.
Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or Python will be an added advantage.
Strong documentation skills and the ability to develop and maintain structured processes.
