Ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment for assigned property(s)
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Perform rounds and conduct routine assessments
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
Monitor and adjust mechanical equipment and thermostats
Document and report activities to supervisor
Respond to emergency situations and customer concerns
Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, and company directives

EPA 608 Certification Required
5+ years of related work experience in operating mechanical, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in a commercial property setting
Appropriate license/permit for trade as required, i.e. Journeyman License or City Licenses.
Universal Technician for CFC’s
Basic Computing Skills in Outlook, Excel & Word
Experience in operation, maintenance and basic repair of HVAC, boilers, heaters, pumps, refrigerant systems, compressors, water systems, etc.
Knowledgeable in energy management systems, techniques and operations
Thorough knowledge in all building systems operations, maintenance and repair including CMMS programs.
