Senior ServiceNow Developer

Role Overview

• work closely with business process consultants, and team members to understand business requirements, and create technical solutions aligned with business and IT strategies.
• help clients to achieve organizational effectiveness, improve student outcomes, implement new technologies and align resources and investments to ensure long-term sustainability.
• collaborate with Huron Digital and industry practice resources.
• travel required for client engagements and team collaboration up to 30%.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or other relevant field of study
• 3+ years in a ServiceNow technical delivery capacity; preferably with an Elite-level ServiceNow partner (not in an internal role)
• 3+ greenfield implementations of multiple ServiceNow modules including NowAssist and AI Agents
• Experience with one or more of the following is preferred: CSM, HRSD, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, or GRC
• Current ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) REQUIRED
• Current ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) REQUIRED
• At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification REQUIRED; with the ability to get a second CIS certification within the first six months of employment
• Working knowledge of predictive analytics, generative AI, and Agentic AI
• Knowledge of virtual agent
• Knowledge / Certification / experience with Performance Analytics
• Progressive growth through experience as a developer
• JavaScript, node.js, Angular, and DOM knowledge / experience
• Knowledge / experience with NowCreate / ServiceNow Best Practices
• Proven ability to translate stakeholder requirements into technical deliverables and workflows.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, agile environment and solving complex problems.
• Experience collaborating closely with QA teams for testing and issue remediation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within global teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
