Role Overview
- Lead and manage operational support for a multi-site Electronic Health Record (EHR) system deployment
- Drive planning, execution, and coordination of assigned workstreams
- Facilitate collaboration among technical teams, clinical stakeholders, and senior management
- Oversee all phases of deployment, including pre-deployment, go-live, and post-deployment optimization
- Communicate routinely with key stakeholders to provide updates and address challenges
- Document and escalate patient safety issues that arise during post-deployment activities
Requirements
- Healthcare IT or EHR deployment Experience
- Demonstrated expertise in workstream domain
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with documentation and structured reporting
- Experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus
- Must be a United States Citizen
- Willingness to travel to client sites 25% of the time
