Develop and maintain master templates, slide layouts and reusable slide libraries.
Turn raw input (bullets, rough slides, charts) into visually structured, easy to understand slides.
Create or refine charts and simple infographics from data and sketches.
Support large scale deck updates (rebranding, acquisitions, portfolio and org changes).
Manage incoming requests via defined channels/tools, clarify scope and timelines.
Ensure files and templates are properly stored, versioned and easy to find.
Maintain a high standard of visual quality and suggest improvements to templates and workflows.
Proactively leverage AI ‑ based tools (e.g. PowerPoint design features, Copilot or similar) to speed up production, improve quality and support scalable presentation work.
Requirements
3+ years’ experience in presentation design, graphic design or visual communication (in house hub, agency or consulting environment is a plus).
Expert level skills in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong skills in other MS Office tools (especially Excel and Word).
Strong sense of layout, hierarchy and typography; able to make complex content clear and structured.
Experience working with brand guidelines and applying them consistently.
High attention to detail and quality, also with repetitive or high volume work.
Service oriented, reliable, comfortable handling multiple parallel requests.
Basic Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.
Very good written and spoken English; additional languages (e.g. German, Portuguese, or local language) are an advantage.
Strong openness and adaptability to AI tools, with a willingness to experiment and continuously integrate AI support into the presentation design workflow.
