Genea is looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer to own the buildout, optimization, and ongoing improvement of our Salesforce CRM environment.
You will design and build Salesforce solutions that power our go-to-market motion, AI agents that enhance our team and workflows, and create reliable API and webhook integrations across our tech stack.

This includes requirements translation, user stories, architecture, development, feature testing, functional testing, user testing, documentation, and release management.
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions including custom objects, flows, process automation, validation rules, page layouts, and AI agents.

Implement and maintain CPQ or quoting workflows to support Genea’s VAR channel sales process.
Build and refine Salesforce reports, dashboards, and KPI views for Sales Leadership and Business Operations.
Manage sandbox environments, release cycles, and deployment pipelines using Salesforce DX and version-controlled metadata.
