Manage and run promotional campaigns across Digital, CRM, and Email marketing
Coordinate with Commercial, Marketing, Design, and CRM teams to follow the commercial roadmap and planning
Drive net sales and day-to-day operations and know sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis and follow up
Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities based on biggest customer impact
Responsible for daily optimization and evaluation of our online touchpoints, components and customer relevance
Align sales goals and execution strategy towards customer base growth
Evaluate what assortment is relevant to whom based on data & insights
Track and follow up experience KPIs on site and in owned channels

Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Digital Marketing, Business Administration or NTUA
Strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task to clear timelines
Proven eCommerce knowledge
Experience with eCommerce management platforms like Oracle BCC or similar will be considered a plus
Strong sense of ownership
Eager to learn, and have a passion for digital marketing and ecommerce
Self-motivated, passionate & detail-oriented professional who excels working within a team and embraces cross-department collaboration
Creative, flexible, and open-minded personality, easily to adapt to changes
Knowledge of
Experience using Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Fluency in English (verbal & written)
