About this role
Role Overview
Lead end-to-end design across web and mobile experiences for members, providers, and administrators
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams to define user flows, interaction models, and design system patterns
Translate research insights and behavioral data into clear, actionable design solutions
Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs that bring ideas to life
Ensure consistency and quality through adherence to design systems, accessibility standards, and brand principles
Facilitate design critiques, co-creation workshops, and collaborative reviews across teams
Contribute to the evolution of our design system and advocate for best practices in usability and accessibility
Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of craft excellence and continuous improvement
Requirements
5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally within digital health, SaaS, or complex platform ecosystems
A strong portfolio displaying user-centered design process, cross-platform design, and experience solving complex problems
Proficiency in Figma / FigJam
Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and usability principles
Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams
Ability to think strategically about user experience and system-level design
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
able to articulate design rationale to diverse stakeholders
Passion for improving health outcomes and creating meaningful digital experiences that empower people
Nice to Have: Experience designing for healthcare, telehealth, or other regulated industries
Familiarity with service design, journey mapping, and systems thinking
Understanding of front-end development principles, (HTML/CSS/React knowledge is a plus)
Experience planning and executing research activities such as concept testing and usability testing
Exposure to data-driven design or behavior change frameworks
