Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- 1–2 years in sales development, ideally in software or tech
- Confident engaging anyone — from C-suite to technical teams — and skilled at handling objections
- Value-based prospecting, account mapping, lead development, and qualification
- Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo — you know your tools
- You thrive in fast-moving environments and hold yourself to a high standard without needing to be managed
