Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays
Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representative to optimize product visibility on shelves and construct promotional displays
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores
Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions
Ensure compliance with Mondelēz’ guidelines for leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others)
Communicate issues with Mondelēz’ management team based on negotiated plans with store managers
Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager ensuring efficient in-store service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store
Requirements
Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform hard work in a fast-paced environment meeting defined physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25 miles of the primary location (Tulsa, OK)
