About this role
Role Overview
Lead or participate in briefing, input, and discovery meetings; originate creative written concepts that respond to client briefs
Develop strategic content tailored to different audience segments, job families, regions, and levels of seniority
Create attention-getting concepts and clear direction for the design team
selling through your ideas and bringing words and art together into outstanding final work
Present outlines, drafts, and works-in-progress; gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to move projects forward
Partner with Project Managers and Account Managers to keep work on strategy, on vision, and on deadline
Requirements
2 to 7 years of relevant experience as an intermediate to senior writer
Writing experience in Human Resources, Talent & Culture, Purpose & Values, EVP, Leadership, Storytelling, Talent Attraction, or Internal Communications (client-side), and/or demonstrated B2B experience
Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills across long and short formats
Strong research skills
Digital and SEO fluency
Self-direction
excellent time management and organization, able to work independently
A collaborative spirit
easy to work with, reliable, and ready to push the envelope with innovative, disruptive work
Strong French writing skills for the Quebec market are a significant asset
