Lead, coach, and develop engineers across Windows, Linux, and Citrix disciplines
Handle complex people situations including performance management, career development, conflict resolution, and personal challenges with empathy and professionalism
Maintain sufficient technical depth across Windows, Linux, and Citrix platforms and serve as an escalation point for complex technical and operational issues
Participate in discussions involving architecture, design, troubleshooting, and operational improvement
Provide leadership during outages, including coordination, decision-making, and stakeholder communication
Oversee patching, lifecycle management, vulnerability remediation, and incident/problem management
Execute platform roadmaps and modernization initiatives aligned with enterprise strategy
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and reduction of technical debt
Requirements
7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience at an enterprise level
3+ years of managing Windows, Linux, and/or Citrix engineering teams in an enterprise environment
3+ years of experience supporting on-call operations and leading incident escalations across a globally distributed team with 24x7 operational responsibilities
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
