Lead, mentor, and develop teams of Application Engineers responsible for processing customer quote requests, including pricing, delivery, and technical support.
Establish productivity standards, define team and individual performance goals, monitor progress, and prepare regular performance and productivity reports.
Recommend and implement organizational structures and supervisory relationships that optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.
Partner closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM), Sales, Business Development, Finance, Order Management, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to deliver accurate, competitive, and customer‑focused proposals.
Ensure timely, high‑quality responses to customer inquiries to support business growth, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness.
Develop detailed forecast data for Finance and Operations Management to support accurate Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
Provide insights and analysis that strengthen operational alignment and inform strategic business decisions.
Lead Limits of Authority (LoA) process improvement initiatives for the HV US Motor factory, driving efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical or operational issues to minimize business disruption and maintain service quality.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
8+ years’ technical and engineering experience.
5+ years of experience leading technical or engineering teams in an industrial or manufacturing environment is preferred; comparable experiences leading business initiatives with cross-functional teams will also be considered.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
