Compile, model, and interpret large healthcare datasets to support alternative performance reviews, self‑service analytics, and ad hoc executive reporting.
Develop tools and scripts using SQL, Excel, SSIS, ADF, Python, or other platforms to automate reporting workflows.
Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Establish and enforce validation standards for data integrity and report accuracy.
Conduct thorough QA checks on data transfers and reporting outputs.
Document and maintain quality protocols to ensure consistency.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Healthcare Management, Math or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience working in an analytics role with complex datasets.
Experience within hospital finance, Revenue Cycle Management, hospital contract modeling, or a function.
Expert in SQL on any platform, including Snowflake/T-SQL/Microsoft SQL (must pass proficiency test).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to work with large, complex datasets and translate findings into concise, impactful visual narratives for senior and executive stakeholders.
