Shapes transformation strategy and translates enterprise priorities into executable roadmaps
Sponsors large-scale AI-enabled process redesign and technology enablement initiatives
Partners with VPs and executive leaders to align priorities, resources, and outcomes
Establishes enterprise-level governance, success metrics, and benefit realization frameworks
Drives cultural adoption of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Ensures transformation outcomes are embedded into operating models

Master's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Certifications related to business transformation and/or AI preferred
Ten (10+) years of experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives or equivalent combination of education and experience required
