Role Overview
- Draft, review, and revise agreements for routine sales and non-standard agreements
- Work with Sourcing, Sales and IT teams to review complex IT vendor agreements
- Develop playbooks and templates for consistent legal reviews
- Ensure alignment with IT and business strategies
- Determine complex legal issues for escalation to senior attorneys
Requirements
- Minimum 5
- 10 years applicable professional experience in a law firm or corporate legal department
- Experience handling multiple matters and meeting quick turnaround deadlines
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical legal guidance
- Excellent judgment and collaboration skills
- JD required from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law and in good standing with the bar of at least one US State or the District of Columbia
