Support defining and executing category strategies within the global category team
Lead sourcing activities and cost-saving initiatives, including market analysis, supplier selection, and project implementation
Act as regional point of contact, liaising closely with Operations and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution and alignment
Manage supplier relationships and maintain up-to-date market and supplier intelligence
Support strategic collaboration, working with global category team colleagues, stakeholders, and business partners

Relevant degree in Economics, Procurement, or Supply Chain
5+ years of experience in category management across regional or global supply chains
Experience or interest in sustainable procurement and working with suppliers to improve ESG performance
Strong supplier relationship management, financial acumen, and proven ability to lead sourcing activities and cost-saving initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with the ability to operate effectively in an international environment
experience in Chemicals and/or Coatings industry is a big plus
