Role Overview
- Provide customer support through chat, phone and email
- Assist the Management Team in reporting technical issues and providing insights into market developments
- Maintain customer records by following correct data protection procedures and meet both department and individual SLAs
- Document customer contacts to provide a complete customer history
- Resolve product and/or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
- Assist management with other projects and duties as requested
Requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience within customer support and an understanding of the gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ambitious and able to work well in a multicultural team
- Available to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
