Senior Program Manager

Role Overview

• lead development of training modules, slide decks, and other training materials
• facilitate TTA through the DV RISC website portal
• facilitate peer-to-peer communication and collaboration
• lead in the development and implementation of domestic violence specific products
• provide expert assistance to courts and legal system partners
• manage planning and development of local, regional, and national training events
• manage collaborations with funders and other TTA providers
• develop practitioner monographs, toolkits, guidance documents, and online content
• lead presentations at conferences and training events
• support other Senior Program Managers and Directors on remote and onsite TA projects

Requirements

• relevant graduate degree with 4-5 years of experience, or JD with 2-3 years of experience, or equivalent lived experience
• substantive experience with training and technical assistance on intimate partner violence and community violence
• excellent written and verbal communication skills
• project management skills
• ability to work with a diverse array of partners including community members, police, judges, social service providers, etc.
• national travel may be required
