Design and implement global, strategic People Development concepts and initiatives with a focus on Talent, Performance, and Career Development.
Develop solutions that improve the user experience of development tools, processes, and products, ensuring they meet the needs of employees and the business.
Lead and manage projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with business needs and people development strategy.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders from HQ, HR, IT, legal, and business to co-create impactful, scalable development initiatives.
Leverage data, insights, and feedback to continuously enhance People Development processes and offerings.
Prepare presentations, concepts, and decision documents for senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor for People Development topics.
Contribute to the definition and achievement of team goals and key results (OKRs) within Global People Expand.
Drive change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and initiatives.
Monitor relevant market trends and innovations in People Development, Talent, Performance, Career, and employee experience.
Ensure project progress is transparent, risks are managed, and stakeholders are effectively engaged.
Requirements
University degree with relevant professional experience in People Development, Talent Management, Career Development, or a related HR field.
Deep expertise in designing and implementing People Development programs, processes, and tools in a corporate or global environment.
Strong conceptual and analytical skills with the ability to translate complex challenges into practical, user-focused solutions.
Solid project management skills with experience leading initiatives from design to implementation.
Passion for improving the user experience of People Development processes, tools, and offerings.
Experience working in international, complex, and agile environments.
Sound understanding of HR trends, solutions, and tools related to People Development, Talent, Performance, and Career.
Familiarity with data-driven approaches; basic IT tool understanding or data affinity is an advantage.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including in diverse, global settings.
Fluent in English (C1 level required, written and spoken) and ideally German.
Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel); experience with additional HR tools or platforms is a plus.
