Perform competitive landscape analysis to understand market positioning and identify key players within the commercial space industry, developing market intelligence briefings and reports.
Identify and advise customers on the market and business risks associated with integrating commercial solutions into national capabilities.
Execute industry studies to identify and highlight unique features, advantages, and challenges of service provider offerings from a market and business strategy perspective.
Contribute to integrated portfolio decision support products that include technical, business, financial, and acquisition considerations of commercial offerings.
Support engagement with national space enterprise customers to understand their mission requirements and challenges.
Track and analyze emerging commercial space trends, innovations, and market shifts to inform assessment priorities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management Sciences, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
4 years of experience in business viability assessments, market analyses, or related studies.
Proven experience supporting a broad variety of government space mission architectures and relevant space market industry segments (remote sensing, communications, ground, launch, space domain awareness, PNT, weather, etc.).
Strong analytical and research skills to evaluate offerings across the space industry in context of government mission objectives.
Demonstrated communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Willing to travel to meet the needs of the organization and customers, approximately 5-10% of the time.
This position requires a current and active TS/SCI clearance, which is issued by the U.S. government.
U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a security clearance.
