You will be the primary contact for technical support in the EMEA region and take responsibility for our customers’ concerns.
You will analyze and prioritize incoming inquiries and customer requests and develop technical solutions using various remote and diagnostic tools (e.g., HoloLens).
When needed, you will act as a moderator between customers and other specialist departments.
In addition, you will undertake field service assignments as a service technician, including installation, maintenance, and repair of our systems on-site at customer locations.
Documenting and following up on your assignments, as well as actively contributing to knowledge management, are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or mechatronics, alternatively a technician qualification in one of these fields or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in field service and in dealing with customers
Technical affinity and experience with service and diagnostic tools
Very good German and English skills
Willingness to undertake multi-day business trips domestically and abroad (EMEA)
Valid driving licence
