Role Overview
- Administer, configure, and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant
- Ensure proper configuration and governance of tenant-wide settings
- Implement and maintain security configurations
- Support and maintain Exchange infrastructure in a hybrid environment
- Manage SLAs and OLAs using defined KPIs
- Apply ITIL-based service management processes
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
- Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services
- Solid understanding of Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
- Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform
- Good understanding of email security concepts
- Familiarity with SharePoint security, site configuration, and governance
- Working knowledge of ITIL principles
