About this role

Provide consistent, clear, and proactive decision support to the Payments organization
Lead the Long‑Range Plan (LRP), monthly financial results, forecast cycles, and performance reporting
Partner closely with the Commercial finance team to ensure forecast alignment, transparency, and timely communication of risks and opportunities
Identify, analyze, and forecast performance and profitability drivers across payment products
Collaborate with Commercial Payments business leaders to build business cases and deliver insights
Interpret KPIs, highlight trends requiring management attention, and present findings to senior leadership
Operate effectively in a fast‑paced environment

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
Minimum 7 years of finance experience (FP&A, corporate finance, financial management)
MBA, CFA, or other advanced certification (Preferred)
Strong experience in Treasury Management, Merchant Services, or related financial services (highly preferred)
Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated analytical skill set with strong critical thinking
Proven ability to proactively manage assignments
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including talent development and team mentoring
Self-starter with strong multitasking skills
