Incentive Operations Analyst

Role Overview

• Produce and analyze IC Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and related reporting
• Maintain the inventory, usage, and cleanliness of NICE reports
• Manage the review and approval process for IC procedures
• Create and maintain processes and procedures for IC processing
• Lead project management for small team projects or system testing initiatives
• Coordinate or develop documentation for NICE system enhancement requests and issues
• Oversee NICE access request queues, including user creation and deletion
• Manage IC communication bulletins through the NICE system
• Create annual pay calendars
• Develop user training materials
• Conduct SOX compliance and risk and control initiatives
• Provide support to other Incentive Compensation Analysts

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree HR, Finance or Information Technology (preferred) OR equivalent experience (required)
• 1+ years experience in banking and or financial services (preferred)
• 1+ years experience in incentive compensation administration systems (preferred)
• Ability to use Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft applications to manage data and reporting tasks
• Ability to interpret data and identify trends or discrepancies in incentive compensation
• Ability to organize work tasks into simple timelines or project plans
• Understanding of internal controls and risk management practices related to compensation
